Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel

Vince joined Search Optics in 2015, having previously worked as an Attorney in the Corporate Department at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher in Los Angeles. Vince oversees global risk functions including human resources, legal, contracts, insurance, RFPs and purchasing processes while also serving on the Company’s executive committee. Vince holds a JD from UCLA School of Law and a BA from Harvard University.
