Search Optics Inc. announced the addition of Joe Walker to the Search Optics Advisory Board.

Search Optics Inc., a leader in providing fully integrated digital marketing solutions specializing in the automotive industry, announced the addition of Joe Walker to the Search Optics Advisory Board.

Joe Walker is the President of Maple Bay Consulting LLC. Prior to joining the Search Optics Advisory Board, he was president of Polk Global Automotive, a division of R. L. Polk & Co, where he was responsible for Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Information Technology, Human Resources, Legal, Government Relations, Product Strategy and Data Acquisition. Prior to R. L. Polk, he was also President and CEO of Plunkett & Cooney, one of the Michigan's premier law firms.

"The addition of Joe Walker to the Search Optics Board of Advisors represents a strategic expansion of our Board," said David Ponn, Search Optics' Chief Executive Officer. "Joe brings significant expertise in automotive information and marketing solutions for the automotive industry that will help us on future initiatives."

Walker is a well known speaker on leadership, team-building, quality, and ethics. He holds a BS from Xavier University and a JD from University of Detroit School of Law.

Search Optics Inc. announced the addition of Paul Katzka to the Search Optics Advisory Board.

Search Optics Inc., a leader in providing fully integrated digital marketing solutions specializing in the automotive industry, announced the addition of Paul Katzka to the Search Optics Advisory Board. The Search Optics Advisory Board was established to provide the company with strategic guidance and direction as it continues its rapid expansion in the automotive digital marketing space.

Katzka has been an officer at some of the largest and most prestigious advertising agencies in the world. He started his career at Young & Rubicam, progressed to DDB-Needham, and recently was President of DentsuNext, a North American Division of Dentsu, Japan.

"Paul Katzka brings an extensive background in Automotive Advertising to Search Optics," said David Ponn, Search Optics' Chief Executive Officer. "His experience will be instrumental in providing guidance and leadership for our board".

Katzka has authored Automotive Reference Books published by Random House and has appeared in the media helping consumers make intelligent automotive decisions. He holds a B.A. in Economics from Emory University and a M.B.A. from Emory University/Hofstra University.

Search Optics® Moves Headquarters to New San Diego Location

Search Optics Inc. announced its new headquarters in the UTC area of San Diego.

Search Optics Inc., a leader in providing fully integrated interactive marketing solutions for the automotive industry, announced its new headquarters in the UTC area of San Diego.

Search Optics' move to a new class A office space in the UTC area came about as a result of its rapid growth combined with a clear need for additional office space. The company's new corporate office is located in the Sunroad Corporate Centre, which offers easy access to Interstate 805 and Interstate 5, as well as a wide range of amenities for employees.

"We doubled our number of employees over the last year and are still in a hiring mode," said David Ponn, Search Optics' Chief Executive Officer. "We ran out of room at our previous location, and needed a facility that could accommodate our people and our continued growth."

The company's new offices are located at 4445 Eastgate Mall Suite 320 San Diego, CA 92121.

Search Optics® Adds Cristina Foster as Midwest Regional Sales Director

Search Optics Inc., a leader in providing fully integrated interactive marketing solutions for the automotive industry, announced that Cristina Foster has joined the company as Midwest Regional Sales Director.

Based in Detroit, Cristina brings more than 20 years of automotive experience to Search Optics. Most recently Foster comes to Search Optics from R.L. Polk & Co. where she was responsible for initiatives at Nissan, VW, and Ford. At Polk, Cristina and her team helped customers use Polk data to measure global and regional sales volumes, marketing campaigns, and loyalty, which resulted in the highest customer satisfaction scores for an OEM. She has also held several sales management roles at Sun Microsystems where she helped customers to leverage the internet into their businesses.

"Cristina's background and experience in the automotive industry are great assets to the sales team and the Midwest market" said Christian Fuller, Search Optics Executive Vice President of Sales. "Search Optics is dedicated to helping our customers achieve success and Cristina will be a great resource for our clients."

Cristina holds a bachelors degree from Michigan State University and is currently working on a MBA at Wayne State University.

Search Optics® Names Meg Davis Vice President of Marketing

Search Optics Inc. today announced that marketing veteran Meg Davis has joined the company as Vice President of Marketing at the corporate offices in San Diego.

Search Optics Inc., a leader in providing fully integrated interactive marketing solutions for the automotive industry, today announced that marketing veteran Meg Davis has joined the company as Vice President of Marketing at the corporate offices in San Diego.

Davis brings to Search Optics more than fifteen years of experience developing and implementing successful marketing programs for automotive and technology organizations. In this role, she will be responsible for leading all marketing and communications functions for the company.

"Search Optics is focused on delivering an innovative single source solution to meet the interactive marketing needs of the automotive industry," said David Ponn, Search Optics' Chief Executive Officer. "Meg has a proven track record of creating and executing marketing strategies that will help us grow our business and meet the needs of our customers."

Previously Davis was Director of Product Marketing at DefenseWeb Technologies and has held marketing and product management leadership positions at QAD, Websense and QUALCOMM Inc. Davis also has extensive automotive industry experience. In the nineties she held several positions at PACCAR Inc, including marketing leadership roles at PACCAR Leasing and Kenworth Truck Company where she worked closely with the dealer network to support sales and marketing initiatives.

She holds an undergraduate degree from UC Berkeley, and a MBA from the University of San Francisco.
