Search Optics, a leading Internet marketing company, is currently seeking to hire a Sales Administrator to support our President, Executive VP and Tier II/OEM sales operations. The Sales Administrator will be responsible for performing all administrative work for the President, Executive VP, and Tier II/OEM team. Duties include: screening calls, making travel and meeting arrangements, PowerPoint presentations, project management, client marketing campaign execution coordination, preparing reports and financial data using Quickbase, light sales and revenue analysis, coordinating special events, and client relations.
-1-2 years of experience supporting C level executives
-strong computer and Internet research skills, flexibility, and excellent interpersonal skills
-project coordination experience
-ability to work well with all levels of management and staff including outside clients and vendors
The successful candidate will be organized and detail-oriented with excellent communication and follow-through. Proficiency with MS Office Suite is a must. Experience working with advertising agencies and digital marketing is a plus.
