The Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for a large, and growing number of client accounts, across a large, and growing number of digital communications channels. This is a highly dynamic position, with rarely a static day. The Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining existing client accounts across a number of existing brands, and scopes.

The coordinator will work directly with the rest of the social media and reputation monitoring team, and a large emphasis will be placed on individuals that can demonstrate a high level of innovative concepts and executions in a team setting.

Position duties

-Monitor and engage in numerous conversations happening in real time, in multiple regions across the USA and Canada, across multiple automotive brands.

-Coordinate social media campaigns with other marketing initiatives, such as Dealer Promotions, Giveaways, local brand activations, OEM campaigns, local events, and other special events

-Quantification of Social ROI, or the return on investment, in leads, conversations, engagement, and real dollars, on behalf of our dealerships & regional marketing associations

-Oversee the creation of compelling and effective creative and content

-Test creative & content effectiveness on an ongoing basis to optimize performance

-Work closely with Sales, Operations and Digital Media teams to define content strategy and track the performance and effectiveness of campaigns

-Work to develop innovative strategies to multiply tangible leads and engagements across a broad swath of conversation mediums.

-reflect and execute strategic initiatives to flip the world on it’s head, on a daily basis

Position requirements

-Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication (written and verbal) skills

-Demonstrated experience in a client service related capacity

-Direct experience working with social media platforms in an Enterprise capacity

-Professional blogging or digital copywriting experience preferred

-Ability to work cross-functionally and with a wide range of employees with different skill sets

-Functional knowledge of Statistics preferred

-Experience or knowledge of automotive industry, tiers and advertising preferred

-Bachelor's degree; emphasis in Marketing, Advertising, Statistics or Business preferred
