Position duties

This is an entry level position involved in media purchasing and creative executions for our online advertising clients, including pre-roll video and both web and mobile banner ads.  This individual will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to determine campaign goals, creative execution and analytics needs. Knowledge of retargeting, contextual, and behavioral technology and limitations is important.  Strong attention to detail with a progressive attitude to be successful is sought after.  Candidate must be able to prioritize multiple high demand and high visibility requests, while meeting communicated milestones and deadlines.  We are looking for an individual capable of creating long-term execution strategies for a variety of clients and ability to detail campaign performance to-date.


Management and allocation of display budgets across our client base.

Develop, execute and monitor effective online and mobile display campaigns.

Coordinate display advertising campaigns with other marketing initiatives, such as Search and Social

Oversee the creation and trafficking of compelling and effective online creative

Test creative effectiveness on an ongoing basis to optimize performance

Work closely with Sales, Operations and Digital Media teams to define online marketing strategy and track the performance and effectiveness of campaigns

Position requirements

  • Strong Analytical skills 
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication (written and verbal) skills

  • Demonstrated experience in a client service related capacity

  • Direct experience working with ad networks and managing budgets preferred

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and with a wide range of employees with different skill sets


  • Experience or knowledge of automotive industry, tiers and advertising preferred

  • Bachelor's degree; emphasis in Marketing, Advertising, Statistics or Business preferred
