    The Social Marketing Strategist will lead the strategic direction for all social media efforts and ultimately grow the department. This is a working manager position involved in the setup, creation, modification and optimization of social networking profiles and consumer engagement content for our clients, as well as lead the Social team in their responsibilities for creation of custom content and weekly updates. This position will also lead strategic discussions with internal Search Optics teams as well as with clients.  This position will implement best practices from a process and leadership perspective for both the team and clients.  Search Optics maintains industry leading technology for social media management for communication aggregation across multiple social mediums.

    Requirements


    Must have a thorough understanding of social media space with the ability to provide recommendations for improving the strategy and deliverables currently developed by Search Optics operations department. Will be capable of helping Search Optics mature the department as we are growing rapidly with the evolution of social media for our clients. The Social Marketing Strategist will be expected to lead meetings with other subject matter experts from Search Optics. This position will also manage a team of Social Media
    Specialists.

    Qualifications: Must have a bachelor’s degree, 2 years writing experience in blogging, developing web site content, or digital experience. Prior management experience and experience managing multiple social media campaigns highly desired. Previous experience with Google+ preferred.
