Duties

 Reporting to the SEM Manager, the Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Coordinator  will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our Paid Search clients and products.  This individual will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to execute campaigns in line with goals, budgets and needs.  Our overarching goal is to drive leads for our clients through Paid Search through daily monitoring of bid management, creative performance and site side behavior. 

This person will be expected to keep abreast of changes in the industry, relay research, document best practices and support both corporate and department goals.  The candidate will be a trusted advisor for the organization, so a willingness to accept responsibility, an ability to deliver results and a curious, inquisitive nature are preferred and deemed necessary for success.  This is a demanding entry-level position, but familiarity search engine optimization concepts are assumed. 

Familiarity with Digital Marketing, Online Advertising or Social Media is a plus.  Candidate will receive training and support, but a self-starter with strong attention to detail will excel.  This person will work closely with the Paid Search Team and Management for direction, insight and understanding of our tools, processes and goals.

Key qualities for this role are demonstrated excellence in time management, attention to detail, commitment to flawless execution, an entrepreneurial attitude and the ability to determine the root cause of various issues.  Experience working with Analytics tools from Google or Yahoo a plus.  Candidate must be able to prioritize multiple high demand and high visibility requests, while meeting communicated milestones and deadlines.  We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills and accountability. 

Familiarity with the automotive industry, knowledge of Digital and Interactive marketing, and demonstrated experience in related disciplines is a plus.  An ideal candidate will need to be flexible, as day-to-day responsibilities could shift based on needs of the company or exhibited aptitudes.  There is a lot of opportunity in this position to grow expertise in SEM, while gaining exposure to related practices and channels.

  -Responsibilities:
  -Development of SEM Campaigns based strategic objectives (e.g. Conquest vs. Brand Building)
  -Management of SEM campaigns across our client base
  -Develop, execute and monitor effective SEM campaigns

  -Coordinate SEM campaigns with other marketing initiatives, such as SEO, Display and Social

Duties
