Job Description:
- As the Internet Marketing Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Internet Marketing campaigns of our retail automotive dealer clientele while managing a staff of campaign managers.
- You constantly look for methods of improvement within all campaigns, flows and procedures.
- Your finger is on the pulse of "what's new" in the world of search engine marketing. You keep abreast of upcoming and new search engine techniques and policies (What's Google up to now?).
- You are constantly monitoring accounts and recognizing potential or existing account challenges.
- You always take the initiative to be forward-thinking about keeping your accounts well-managed and take pride in being accountable for smooth running account activity.
- You are responsible for building dynamic and detailed Internet Marketing campaigns for your dealership clients.
- You will be responsible for seeking out best practices for your department and your client's Internet programs.
- You are familiar (not necessarily an expert) with pay-per-click and search engine marketing. You have had a decent amount of exposure to web marketing and its purpose.
- You are responsible for account performance within set guidelines and expectations based on the original client agreement.
- You "take the bull by the horns" and run with your ideas and methods for improving current departmental methods.
- You have a willingness to lead, take charge and offer opinions and directions based on your experience.
- You possess attention to detail and are careful and thorough in planning and completing tasks.
- You thrive on being willing to take on responsibilities and challenges.
- You believe that a work environment exists where the employees are pleasant, good natured and actually work as a team to be the best at what they do.
- You work well analyzing information and situations and use good logic and critical thinking skills to address work and account-related issues.
- You are extremely proficient in working independent of others. You are a quick study and are able to guide oneself with little or no supervision.

- Search Optics™ Inc. is searching for Automotive Dealer Sales Director to support the automotive division.
- You will be responsible for securing Search Optics Inc. relationships with key senior level executives at independent retailers as well as automotive groups.
- You will establish Search Optics™ brand awareness at the executive level in Dealerships and Dealer Groups.
- You will be able to generate sales opportunities by demonstrating Search Optics™ value propositions that support client objectives.
- You will be able to identify, create and negotiate bundled solutions to improve processes in both Sales and Service and Parts based on metrics.
- You will assist our Support delivery teams by providing market feedback and interests.
Job Requirements:
The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:
- Established senior level relationships with several Major Independent Dealerships and Automotive Dealer Groups or media agency experience.
- Strong track record of negotiating bundled solutions.
- The ability to generate and maintain a robust pipeline of new business.
- The ability to interface with delivery teams to customize solutions specific for the client.
- A Bachelors Degree is preferred. Qualified candidates should be experienced in consultative/solutions sales within Automotive Dealer Groups and/or media agency experience.
